Appointments
Brushy Creek patients are seen by appointment during our regular office hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you have an urgent care need, we will do our best to schedule an appointment for you on the same day you call. Phones open at 7:30am daily (for those trying to schedule same-day appointments).
If you are a new patient, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete the necessary registration information. To save time, you may also download and complete our forms in advance and bring them with you to your first appointment. We also ask that you bring your insurance card with you to each visit and notify us of any changes in your address, phone number, and/or insurance information.
Cancellations
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment.
